Marine illustration is a branch of scientific illustration that focuses on accurately and in detail representing organisms, landscapes, and phenomena of the aquatic environment, both marine and freshwater. This discipline combines art and science to show biodiversity and marine ecosystems, facilitating the understanding of their structure and functioning.
